Environment Provisions in LAC Constitutions Added to Tools Section

A slightly abbreviated version of my post on environmental provisions in the federal and sub-federal constitutions in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) has now been added as a standalone page in the Temas Tool section (check the Tools directory in the righthand column). It includes links to the relevant portions of each constitution, including those for a number of Brazilian and Mexican states and Argentine provinces. As I encounter more or these are changed (after all, constitutional reform currently is underway in Bolivia, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic), I will update this page.
if you find I have missed an important constitutional provision in LAC nations, or such a provision has been changed from the one I provide, then please let me know by comment to this post or the standalone page, or via email. I’d like to keep this as the reference page for people wishing to check into what LAC constitutions have to say on “green” matters.
