I am launching an effort to bring the best blogs on environmental issues in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) into a Blogroll. I want to be able to capture the best environment blogs focussed on LAC nations so we can showcase the best talent and help each other. If you author a LAC environment blog and want your blog to appear on the list, this post will tell you how to do it.
First of all, submissions must be real blogs. No news sites, aggregators, etc. masking as blogs.
Second, your blog has to cover environment issues in the LAC context. Blogs written by Latin Americans but with little focus on environment issues will not be considered. Environment blogs must have substantial focus on the LAC regional context, or on environment in the context of a particular LAC nation.
Third, the blog must be in Spanish, Portuguese or English (or some combination of the above!).
Fourth, the blog cannot sponsor any type of derogatory, hate or sexual material.
All blogs are evaluated before they are allowed to join the Blogroll. The first blogs that join the Blogroll have a say on new members. The focus will be on quality so not all blogs submitted will be accepted. The goal is to have a Blogroll of a manageable size, around 30 blogs. All members on the Blogroll need to publish the list on their sites.

Estoy lanzando un esfuerzo de traer los mejores blogs sobre temas ambientales en el contexto de América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) en un Blogroll. Deseo capturar los mejores blogs ambientales con foco en las naciones de ALC para mostrar el mejor talento y ofrecer apoyo mutuo. Si sea autor de un blog así y quisieras que su blog apareciera en la lista, le explicare como realizarlo.
En primer lugar, todos los candidatos deben ser blogs verdaderos. Es decir, ningún sitio de noticias, agregador, etc. disfrazado como un blog.
Segundo, su blog tiene que cubrir los asuntos ambientales en el contexto de ALC. Los blogs escritos por latinoamericanos pero se tratan poco los temas ambientales no estarán considerados. Los blogs ambientales tienen que tratar ALC como región, o el medio ambiente en el contexto de un país particular de ALC.
Tercero, el blog debe ser escrito en español, portugués o inglés (¡o alguna combinacion de los tres!).
Quatro, el blog no puede patrocinar ningún tipo de contenido derogatorio, odioso o sexual (erótico).
Todos los blogs serán evaluados antes de que se permiten ser listados en el Blogroll. Los primeros blogs en el Blogroll tienen voto sobre cuales otros entrarán en el Blogroll. El énfasis será calidad y por eso no aceptaremos todos los blogs que apliquen. La meta es tener un Blogroll de un tamaño manejable, mas o menos 30 blogs. Todos los miembros en el Blogroll necesitan publicar la lista en su blog. Si desea ser socio dejarme un comentario que cubre los campos siguientes:

Desejo capturar os melhores blogs ambientais com foco nas nações de ALC para mostrar o melhor talento oferecer apoio mútuo. Se você for o autor dum blog assim e quiser seu blog aparecer na lista, lhe explicarei como fazer-o.

Todos os blogs serão avaliados antes que estejam permitidos entrar no blogroll. Os primeiros blogs no Blogroll têm voto sobre quais do outros entram no Blogroll. O ênfase será qualidade e por isso não todos os blogs submetidos serão aceitados. O objetivo é ter um Blogroll de um tamanho fácil manejar, mais ou menos 30 blogs. Todos os membros no Blogroll necessitam publicar a lista em seus sites.
