    I know several people in the global “Zero Waste” movement who are excited by what’s happening these days in Buenos Aires. Yes, you heard correctly. Buenos Aires. The Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), these folks tell me, is the largest city in the world so far to have adopted a “zero waste” law.
