 Paraguay: Biofuels Bill Becomes Law |
| On 07 October 2005 Paraguay's President signed the new Biofuels Law. The Law covers biodiesel and ethanol, and provides benefits, including tax breaks, for their national production. It also provides for the Ministry of Industry & Commerce (MIC) to set mandatory minimum biofuel content in all fuels sold in the country. |
